The Big Buddha Mountain Carving (Khao Chi Chan)

The Khao Chi Chan carving is an amazing design in the Sukhothai style and depicts a seated Buddha with hand on knee. One of the largest Buddha images in the world, 130 meters high. A huge golden Buddha image is depicted on the mountain with gold leaf filled engraving known as ‘Khao Chi Chan’ and ‘Laser Buddha’, is one of Thailand’s best-known landmark attractions in Amphoe Sattahip, 20 Kilometre far from Central Pattaya. The drive by car takes 25-30 Minutes.
